introduction and reflection on a topic or subject of your choice of about 10 - 12 minutes
followed by a guided meditation related to the topic of about 5 - 10 minutes, to then segue into the
sound bath segment of about 50 - 60 minutes
Please note, set up and take down require about 45 - 50 minutes each and depending on choice of location an additional travel fee may be applied.
